Laura Perez Gianella
She is an Associate at Gumucio and provides her services in the Administrative Labor team, currently advising companies, drafting and reviewing all types of labor documents, labor terminations, establishment of joint committees and disciplinary committees, attending defense in conciliation hearings, performing administrative procedures, and conducting labor inspection and technical labor inspection simulations carried out by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security.
